A few months back, Nicholas flew out to San Francisco to record his cuatro playing on the latest project by the Latin jazz drummer, Brian Andres. The recording is entitled, Drummers Speak. 10 tracks of songs written by famous drummers and rearranged for this project featuring the San Francico bay area's top Latin music musicians. A true gem! Brian is a lifelong friend and mentor to Nicholas. In the late 90's, Brian and Nicholas started the very popular Afro-Caribbean group, Bailando Desnudo.
